We were delighted to have a presence this month at RWM, the UK’s largest event for the Recycling, Resource and Waste Management Industry.
Meeting others in the industry and exchanging ideas and knowledge was eye-opening and, as always, it was invaluable to learn of the ways in which industry members can work together to allow for a much more sustainable and environmentally friendly waste management sector.
It was inspiring to see the work that went into many of the exhibitions, and we certainly took a lot of information and contacts back home to Scotland. Of course, we also had a fantastic time at the CIWM gala dinner, where it was refreshing to speak to industry members that have dedicated their careers to improving these sectors, as well as speaking to those that were new to the industry and ready to bring an abundance of fresh ideas.
We’re already looking forward to RWM 2022, where hopefully we will meet some more new faces in the industry as well as catch up with familiar friends again too.
